SWEET CORN BREAD
1 cup flour, self rising
1 cup corn meal
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp oil
1 egg
2 cups milk
   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Oil baking pan or large cast iron skillet and place in oven till hot.  In a large bowl, blend all the above ingredients together.  Remove baking pan or skillet from oven and pour mixture into it.  Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.  Serve hot or cold.
