7-Layer Cookies
2 cups graham cracker crumbs ¼ cup butter, melted 1 cup chocolate chips 1 cup peanut butter chips 1 cup coconut 1 cup mini marshmallows 1 can Eagle Brand Milk Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a 9 x 12 baking pan, spread melted butter over bottom. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over bottom and mash with spoon to form bottom layer. Sprinkle chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, coconut and mini marshmallows evenly. Pour Eagle Brand Milk over top. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown on top. Remove and let cool. Cut into squares. You can substitute butterscotch chips for the peanut butter chips for a richer flavor. |
