GoA Creed:

As a member of the Guild of Alamay, you will be sworn to protect the Guild at all costs. That may mean attacking when it is not profitable to do so. That may mean sacrificing soldiers to draw fire from an opponent so that the rest of the Guild can attack. It will mean eliminating provinces within the Guild that have been judged guilty of treason and malicious activity toward kingdom-mates. You may be called upon to remove a King from power if he has been negligent in the performance of his duties.

The Inner Chamber Council consists of the Guild Master, the Assistant Guild Master, and the Master of Intelligence. The Inner Chamber acts as a court that hears the complaints of Guild members, and investigates their validity, and subsequently passes and issues GoA Directives, when necessary.

The Guild of Alamay is not a democracy. We have a chain of command, that every member must follow. The chain of command is as follows:

Guild Master
Guild Master's Assistant
Master of Intelligence
Chapter Leaders
Platoon Leaders
Fighters

The rank system is as follows. Promotions are based on obedience to orders and performance in battle. Recommendations for promotion are accepted from all current members and the Inner Chamber Council assesses the elegibility of candidates.

Ranking System
General
Colonel
Lt. Colonel
Major
Captain
Lieutenant

Admission to the Guild is only by approval of the Inner Chamber Council. Any province may apply by sending a request via email to the Guild Master. Send a copy of a current CB screen of your province. You will be contacted when the admission process has begun.

Leaving the Guild is not allowed, without prior approval of the Inner Chamber Council.
