The Inner Chamber Council consists of the Guild Master, the Assistant Guild Master, and the Master of Intelligence. The Inner Chamber acts as a court that hears the complaints of Guild members, and investigates their validity, and subsequently passes and issues GoA Directives, when necessary.
The Guild of Alamay is not a democracy. We have a chain of command, that every member must follow. The chain of command is as follows:

The rank system is as follows. Promotions are based on obedience to orders and
performance in battle. Recommendations for promotion are accepted from all current members and the Inner Chamber Council assesses the elegibility of candidates.

Admission to the Guild is only by approval of the Inner Chamber Council. Any province may apply by sending a request via email to the Guild Master. Send a copy of a current CB screen of your province. You will be contacted when the admission process has begun.
Leaving the Guild is not allowed, without prior approval of the Inner Chamber Council.
