The Story
For this historic endeavour, former Guess Who guitarist, Dale Russell and Artemis have joined forces with Don Quarles, who is a Songwriting Workshop Co-ordinator for the N.S.A.I.
(Nashville Songwriters Association International) Special Events Manager at the Hummingbird Centre for the Performing Arts, and music industry veteran, Randy Stark, as well as dozens of dedicated educators and great, Canadian songwriters.
The Goal::
The SASS Program strives to help yong people learn the craft of Songwritng and increase awareness of music in general through contact with professional writers and musicians. To date SASS is responsible for 22 songwriting clubs in as many schools with more on the horizon for the school year 2004 through 2005.
