| Gulf Gaze Beach House is rented by the week, from Saturday to Saturday, during the season. Exceptions considered during the off season. The rental rates are: August 22, 2009 - February 26, 2010: $1,950.00/wk + 8.5% Lodging Tax Holiday weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Years): $2,290.00/wk + 8.5% Lodging Tax February 27, 2010 - March 26, 2010: $2,195.00/wk + 8.5% Lodging Tax March 27, 2010 - April 9, 2010: $2,395.00/wk + 8.5% Lodging Tax April 10, 2010 - May 14, 2010: $2,195.00/wk + 8.5% Lodging Tax May 15, 2010 - May 21, 2010: $2,735.00/wk + 8.5% Lodging Tax May 22, 2010 - August 6, 2010: $3,250.00/wk + 8.5% Lodging Tax August 7, 2010 - August 13, 2010: $2,735.00/wk + 8.5% Lodging Tax August 13, 2010 - August 28, 2010 $2,195.00/wk + 8.5% Lodging Tax An additional $500.00 is required for security and damage deposit. THERE ARE NO OTHER FEES! The deposit will be refunded within four (4) weeks after your departure provided the house is left reasonably clean; no damage has occurred; no pets were on the premises; no more than ten (10) people occupied the house; and no RV's were on the property and/or tied to the house utilities. The deposit is NOT considered part of the rent payment. The house will be reserved only after your security deposit and signed and dated Rental Agreement are received. You will be provided with a door code once the rent is received. The rent must be paid in full 3 weeks prior to your arrival date. Check the Calendar link below for available times. |
