*Site FAQ*

Q: Why doesn't your site have the locations for buying ships, equipment and trading stuff?
A: Try asking people in multiplayer or you go find the locations yourself. If you're really stuck and give up, go to another site or search for a walkthrough or other cheat guide.

Q: Why havn't you reviewed (insert ship name here)?
A: We'll get around to it eventually, but we will probably review the Very Heavy Fighters last of all, as they are the most popular and widely used. Annoying, isn't it?

Q: If i join a group, does my reputation get affected by other group member's actions?
A: Nope.

Q: Why does the game reset my current weapon group after i dock?
A: It's a game bug.. make weapon group 1 with all guns highlighted, then select it before docking to stop it resetting the group to have all guns selected.

Q: Whats the point of weapon groups, man?!?
A: They can conserve power and let you fire for longer, they let you switch between, for instance, pulse weapons and normal ones. It's more challenging than just point and shoot.

Q: Whats the best way to get rich quick?
A: Piracy.

Q: How do i stay alive longer?
A: Don't be a pirate.

Q: What kind of freighter should i buy?
A: Don't get the Humpback, it takes four whole days to turn in a circle.

Q: I bought a Humpback and now my ship is too slow to target other ships!
A: Use Turret View(H) its much faster, but dont fly into a rock.

Q: How do i avoid crashing into things when i use turret view!?!
A: Goto(f2) a waypoint and then use turret view, or make sure you fly into an empty area and use rear view(V).

Q: This game would be better if i could fire my turrets in rear view!
A: You can, just point and shoot, and whatever turrets can reach behind will fire.

Q: I cant shoot at them if they move sideways?!?!11
A: Lead your shots slightly, check out the Pilot Section.

Q: Should i accept free money and equipment in Multiplayer?
A: Up to you, but i don't because it defeats the purpose of the game for me.

Q: Help! I keep getting Cruise Disrupted and killed by Pirates!
A: Use engine kill and drift, Cruise Disruptors can't disrupt engines that aren't even on.

Q: Help! I can't shoot straight!
A: Practice, the game interface makes it easy to master.

Q: How can I fix my reputation?!?
A: Check out the reputation guide, and also check out the Friends and Enemies of each Reputation (F8 in-game)
