In TRAIN, the Romanov Fleet Headquarters, final preparations for Operation Shooting Star are made. The hangars and ammories are a buzz with techs and pilots. However, one pilot, the most well known pilot of the Romanov fleet is unseen. He is in the command center of TRAIN, with the leader of the Romanov Fleet, Yuri Romanov.
"Is everything in proper working order?" Yuri asked as he sipped his brandy.
"Yes, sir," Victor Kane said as he swallowed a rainbow assortment of medications and chased it with an iced coffee.
"How do you like it?" Yuri asked as he and Victor walked to the hangar bay.
"It's a dream. Its reaction time and handling is superb," Victor said.
"Good. As soon as we have word that Craven and Frost have left for Loki, we will begin Operation Shooting Star," Yuri said as they entered the hangar.
"Do you really think an absence of their leaders will prevent the Jovians and Terrans from trying to stop us?" Victor asked.
"The Jovians have no reason to do a damn thing about us. As far as they are concerned, we are a Martian/Terran problem."
"And when a Jovian dies during Shooting Star, you think they'll feel the same?"
"Of course not, but by then Guld should have completed his coup and restored the People's Government of Mars and the Colonies will have delcared their independence. The Earth Sphere will be shattered into three shards and with the RoE's policy of defense rather than offense, it will take them months to be able to mount any kind of offensive."
"You're assuming Noa can even pull off this coup," Victor said as the walked toward the FAZZ.
"We sent him one hundred Type 1s and pilots. They can easily handle whatever defenses Mars has left. That treaty will end up being the entire Inner Solar System's undoing."
"I suppose you're right. What about the CLF?"
"We've sent each of the colonies that want liberation thirty Type 2s."
"What about Side 7?" Victor asked.
"They will be weened from the rotten milk of the Republic of Earth and see the way things are. Earth is not all that special and isn't required for humanity."
Victor shrugged, "I guess."
"No, for my speech that will bring forth a new revolution."

Ten Mobile Suits were being secured in their bays, waiting for the massive battleship Nemesis to lead them into the Loki System.
"Hey check this out!" Mason said  as he turned on a viewscreen, "Yuri Romanov is speaking.
"People of the  Sol System! As a group of corrupt men and women bring their corruption into the new, pure Loki System, I bring to you the corruption of our system. On Mars, under the leadership of a pathetic figurehead known as Hajime Sai, two Mobile Suits and a ship were constructed. Illegaly. But fear not. We have wrested the strongest of the two in order to make a point. Behind me is the FAZZ. A Mobile Suit with the firepower of a small fleet. Why would the Martian Alliance need such a Mobile Suit? To protect themselves from the Republic of Earth. Earth has plans for the entire solar system. They intend to take it over and I will not stand for it! With this weapon, I shall send Earth a message that states plainly, 'Leave Mars alone!'. Therefore, I am asking...no pleading, for every Martian and Jovian person on Earth to flee. Earth's new defense force, four asteroids, are the targets of my fleet. Earth will no longer pull the strings of Mars or the colonies! For the People!" Yuri delivered with as much intensity as Adolf Hitler.
"Goddamnit, Romanov. If you're still alive when I get back, I'll personally kill you!" John yelled.

Outcome: All MA members not in Loki are to report to Mars to prevent a coup attempt that will be lead by the Romanov Fleet.
