We will begin studying various regions of the world at greater depth. As stewards in God's world we are called to care for the creation, which includes both people and nature. Understanding the people and nature of a given region helps us to better carry out this important responsibility.
I also want to make it clear that I expect the students to retain their knowledge of the positions of other countries. This is because the world is interconnected and as we study one region/country, it may very well be connected to what is happening in another region/country. For that reason I will leave the "Country Website link" up.
History Challenge
- I hope to, once a week, present a fun but educational "history challenge" to the students.
Each class will compete against the other classes. I expect this to be a few minutes at the beginning of class.
