Steampunk
I've begun the construction of a Baldwin Steam Combat Engine Mk I "Dragon", as an addition to my otherwise perfectly normal US Civil War armies in 1/72 plastic, mainly still waiting for a paint job.

I actually wrote a complete history of this imaginary machine, it might show up later.
As I already told you, I have just begun...

The wheels are a story by themselves. I found them in a little toyshop that was ran by a lady that was at least 80 years old. The wheels had been found in the stores, but she could not remember what they ever had been for.

Before the war she and her husband had a general store, and they obviously are from that period. They are made out of a hard ceramuc material, and bear pre-WWII German patent markings (no number, however...).

If anybody has a clue, please let me know!
The Dragon will get a two-wheeled forerunner for steering, more or less in the method of a halftrack. This forerunner will also be a platform for a Gatlin.
The tender will have a defensive position in the rear to protect the cabin crew.
