| SATURDAY- (warm up) By Chopper. Arriving @ LOWNORTH camp, we had a poor turnout for a Saturday: TMA: Lee, PAPABEAR, SPECTRE TMF: Chopper, Striker, Stinger and Dodger. BUSHPIGS: Apoc NEWBIE: Mike We moved off to the same camp as used in MARCH. The weather was hot and humid, so made a change! |

| Speedball WARM UP: TMF vs odds and sods. The game was just meant to be a warm up, so had few rules. TMF's base was the new bunker; known as the Pillbox at the top of the open field nr the gorse bushes (see picture). While the ODDS team started off at Bears Bunker. TMF decided to send the assault team (Dodger and Striker) to attack Bear's Bunker, by going down the right treeline. Chopper and Stinger stayed on defense. Lee pushed up quickly, AK in hand. Taking refuse in the gorse bushes, 10m away from the pillbox. Meanwhile APOC, PAPABEAR and Mike pushed up the central gulley. STINGER opened up at them; while the assault team doubled back to reinforce the base by attacking Lee. STRIKER was only a few meters from Lee, but was taken out by APOC. Chopper pushed forward from his original position, giving Stinger backup. He then doubled back to Lees position (Gorse bush) and while stealthily making his way round (as Lee was somewhere around) APOC reached the pillbox and a call was heard to pull back. Yet, APOC had not seen the flag, hung in the tree. So left empty handed. Chopper then ran out of his position and opened up on the 3 fleeing targets. They saw him and Chopper fell over backwards into the long grass. All 3 opened up in response. Chopper shot from prone but then got hit in the head, but called hit! (mistake!) |

| Chopper was back in the game, setting up an ambush in the gorse bushes, he waited for 10 minutes. The ODDS team reorganised at Bears bunker and decided to go and get the flag, this time. Chopper watched Lee and Mike move over the open field. Lee spotted movement through the trees, 40m away. Yet didn't see STRIKER on the edge of the treeline. Striker opened up but Lee made it to the trees. MIKE put down some cover and STRIKER withdrew. Lee concentrated on DODGER forcing him to get up and run. Lee gave chase, firing bursts on the move only to run into STRIKER's ambush. "HIT" STINGER backed them up from further back in the gorse. STRIKER got hit by MIKE. Chopper watched and held his position, seeing if anyone was making there way up the gulley treeline. Mike, Lee and PAPABEAR pushed up along the tree line and then Lee came into Chopper's sights. He went to aim his red dot, but his camo on the gun was in the way. So fired anyway, Lee dodged and moved out of the way quickly. Then PAPABEAR pushed up, diving into a small clump of gorses around 5m away. Chopper fired at the bush, yet STINGER was taken out. Chopper again called "HIT!" when only hit in the face! |

| Stinger and Chopper moved off to get back in the game. They saw the opponents around the pillbox, firing on STRIKER and DODGER. So they pushed up, moving quickly, behind the ODDS team and towards Bears Bunker. Stinger grabbed the flag and lay prone. Chopper took cover waiting for an assault by the ODDS & SODS. They were spotted, and Stinger withdrew into the long grass, while Chopper stayed behind, covering him. Lee, PAPABEAR and Mike ran down the other side of the gulley. Papabear took cover behind a gorse, so Chopper opened up, hitting him. While Mike was also hit, as he got into the trench. Chopper shouting to Stinger, "push up, I've got them covered, Stinger push up!". He did. |
