The Surgeon all recieved BLEEPS on their pager....EMERGENCY!

Reacting to the arrival of an emergency patient, they quickly arrived @ theatre. Firstly they made an examination of the AEG. Apparantly, the safety catch would jam when ever SAFE was selcted.

The Opertaion would have to be completed in 1 night only. So it would have to be clinical.

Delving into the internals, Dr. Airsoft fully stripped the gearbox and regreased the gears and piston. Examining the fire select, it was reinstalled to ensure correct positioning.

The piston was noted as being badly worn with teeth 1 and 3 suffering damage. They will last but next service are due a replacement.

Cleaning the barrel and stripping the HOP, Dr. Airsoft noticed that even on maximum setting, their was very little HOP. A new HOP spring is diagnosed for a future service.

Closing up the gun, the Surgeons crossed their fingures. connecting the battery, the FIRE SELECT was put through it's paces: SEMI, then AUTO then SAFE. No problems. The glitch was cured and the gun was running smoothly, with a great ROF.

This is due to the lack of FUSE and EG1000 motor. Dr. AIRSOFT recommends an inline fuse to protect the battery packs from SHORT CIRCUIT.
