| This is a CUSTOM SCOPE RAIL produced by DR AIRSOFT. It bolts onto the carry handle of any M16 or M4 series gun. It is seen here on a scrap chassis to show how far forward the scope can be mounted. This is the entire idea of the mount. Indeed it allows eye relief to be further forward than on even the TM scope rail. |

| Yet it is less than a third of the TM mounts weight. The reasoning behind this is to fit it to a SHORT Armalite. Namely the CAR-15 or any AR with an extending stock. Thus allowing accurate and comfortable shooting with the stock at it's shortest position. (This is an "OLD SKOOL" technique. Taking advantage of the AEG's lack of recoil. |
