Regarding the mp3s... I have been working on soundscapes to share with people. A soundscape is like the sonic equivalent to a pictoral landscape. For soundscapes of waterfalls and thunderstorms, birds, crickets, brooks, and lake waves go to www.naturesounds.ca.
The photograph on the left is picture of the Burnt River just above the medium sized waterfalls (looking down stream) at Ritchie Falls where I made waterfall recordings. The photograph below is a view of the small falls with the medium falls in the distance. The height of the small falls is about three feet. A more detailed explanation is available on mp3.com under "song story/lyrics" at the waterfall recordings..

In the summer of 2000 I went canoeing on Mountain Lake, (Haliburton County, Ontario, Canada) and took some photographs of a cliff that runs for a distance along the western shore. I have added a page featuring the cliff of Mountain Lake.
