Pipsqueak Cavies |
This is Pipsqueak Cavies page. Pipsqueak Cavies is a large caviary located in Gosford, New South Wales, Australia, approximately 20 minutes away from me! It is run by the Brewer family! Until Julie get's her own site up and going I thought I'd pop a few picsand information in here to start her off! |
Julie breeds and shows Long hairs: Sheba Mini-Yaks (technically a longhair but classed as a coarse coat), Alpacas, English Merino's, Texels, Coronets, Shelties (two in Satin more to come), and soon to be Peruvians. Her shorthairs are - Agouti's and Argentes in most colour combinations including satins, Creams, Buffs, Beige and Whites in Satin and Self and a couple of lilacs . Throw in a couple of Rex and you have a complete Caviary of squeakers! |

Below right: Muirindah Cookies and Cream. He was a surprise in a litter of Alpacas. He's a Satin Sheltie and had a successful but short show career at the beginning of this year. To the left is his only living baby so far. He is absolutely stunning, the photo doesn't do him justice unfortunately. |

Right: This lilac Sheba will be very nice on the showtable. She has the best rosette placements I've ever seen! Let's hope that she doesn't chew herself! Julie has also got most of my Shebas now that I've gone out of them. I couldn't think of a better person to give them to. |

This is Snowflake, bred by Ceilidh Stud. She is a perfect Dark Eyed White Coronet. When I vistied their stud recently, I fell in love with her! She had an extremely pretty face and the typical Coronet personality. Her son is currently doing well on the showtable! Sadly, Snowflake died in December. |

Last and certainly not least - To the left is Sweetheart the sweetest baby Alpaca you'd ever see. Unfortunately her and her brother were very weak and their mum couldn't feed them. Sweethearts brother died shortly after but Sweetheart fought on until she passed 2 weeks later. Rest in Peace Sweetheart. |
Right: One of the many Alpacas at the Pipsqueak residence. Shortly there will be a couple on the table and I hope they do well! An Alpaca is basically a rexed coated Peruvian. |
For more info on the Pipsqueakers please contact me & I will pass on the message. |

Left: Pinside Mr Cool. He is an English Merino bred in Tasmania, by the looks of him in this photo, he should be a satin carrier. An Englis hMerino is basically a rexed coated Coronet. |
