"I still can't believe they have been married for a year. All this while, I thought Heero loves only Duo. I just can't believe that he actually agreed to marry her." Quatre said, snuggling closed to Trowa in the bed.

"Duo is dead and Heero can't mope around like that forever. He needs to get on with his life." Trowa replied, hugging his blond lover tightly.

"But still, I can't help but feel that somehow their marriage is wrong, totally wrong." A chill went down his spine as Quatre remembered what happened on the day Heero and Relena got married.

(Flashback)

It was a fine day, nice weather and all. At the city's biggest church, huge crowds had gathered to witness the solemnization of a marriage between a young couple. The moment the couple exchanged their marriage vow, the sky suddenly turned dark, strong wind started blowing and lightning bolted across the sky.

The wedding reception held in the grandest ballroom was filled with guest of high society. Nothing so surprising since it was the wedding of Relena Peacecraft, Queen of the world. Suddenly, the champagne glass which were decked out beautifully on the stage for the champagne pouring occasion, came crashing down onto the floor for no apparent reason, breaking every single glass.

The whole ballroom turned silent before the guest started to murmur and whisper among themselves.

"This is too inauspicious for a wedding, a raging storm and the breaking of glass."

Relena turned pale at the sight while Heero was dumbfounded by these strange happenings.

Relena who was pregnant kept telling Heero that she was being watched. A thorough search was carried out at the whole Sanc kingdom but no suspicious characters were found. Heero dismissed Relena's claim as being paranoid.

"Pregnancy must have given you hallucinations." Heero reasoned practically.

On the day Relena was to give birth, the feeling of being watched was even stronger. She could feel anger and vengeance in the air. Relena freaked out totally, kept crying to Heero who couldn't understand what was wrong with her.

"It's time." Relena heard the words whispered in her ear.

Suddenly, she experienced contractions and screamed out in pain. Doctors and nurses came running into the ward and immediately, she was sent to the labor room.

Three hours later, the baby was born. Totally stressed out after giving birth, Relena smiled weakly at Heero who came to see her in the labor room.

"Congratulations, Mr. And Mrs. Yuy. This is your son." the nurse showed them their baby.

Relena screamed while Heero stared at the child in disbelief.

With violet eyes, chestnut hair and a maniac grin on his little face, the baby looked exactly like Duo!

"You murdered me to get Heero. Now, I am reborn as your son. I am going to make the rest of your life miserable."

A sinister laugh was heard in the air.
