METHOD

Peel and chop your vegetables and place them together in a saucepan of boiling water. Cook the vegetables until nice and soft, and then drain off the excess water.

Place the butter/marg and milk into the vegetables, and begin mashing the vegetables togther, until the texture is soft and smooth and there are no lumps.
|
|
Then transfer the vegetables to the serving plates or a dish (which ever you prefer), and sprinkle the parsley and chives on top.
|
|
Ready to serve - Enjoy!
