Tell Us About the first time you started to armwrestle: I was 14 year old, a freshman in High School. Went to Ohio State Championships. I lost both of my both matches. And every since then i've become addicted to armwrestling. I've always wanted to become a champion at armwrestling.

Person/Persons Who Have Helped The Most With Armwrestling: Barry Hurst taught me a lot about armwreslting.

When did you realize you were a good armwrestler, who did you beat that gave you a lot of confidence: I realized I was a good armwrestler when I won Ohio State.

How many days armwrestling workout: I pull twice a week.

Special Exercises You would recommend to someone starting out: The only thing I could recommend to a new comer is not to fight for the grip and waste all you strength before the match.

Hobbies outside of armwrestling: Taking care of pets(fish). Raising a future World Champion... my soon to be 3 years old son. Being a good father.

Becoming a World Champion was a lot of hard work, but it was worth all of the time I put into armwrestling.

I would like to thank the following people for helping me become a better armwrestler.. Barry Hurst, Greg Wilson, Tom Wilson

Note from Greg Wilson: Jerome Moore taught me a lot about armwrestling. When I first met Jerome Moore, it was at a tournament in Illinois. He kicked everybody's butt in his weight class. We armwrestled and I can honestly say that Jerome was the first person to really teach me more about technique than 99% of the seasoned pros. It was at a small tournament that I had the priviledge of getting my butt kicked once by Jerome, but I managed to barely beat him twice. And this was with a 25 lbs weight advantage. So I can say that in my opinion pound for pound, Jerome Moore is one of the top armwrestlers in the World.
