Mission/ Vision
MISSION
The mission of the organization includes the following:
- the development and enhancement of various skills of the students, particularly on the four major areas being developed by STEP
- the imbue cooperation and to develop the character of unity and sportsmanship among the youth.
- the create a venue for students to develop their skills through various contest and interschool / interregional competitions.
- to ensure the bright future of individuals and to increase the overall awareness of the youth of different sources of livelihood.
VISIONS
The vision of the organization is to commit its members to the complete
empowerment of its individuals to various skills needed to make a living.
A humble vision to make morally disciplined students with strong character and values.
The organization also envisions the integration of various sectors of the government not only the Department of Education, to target their attention to the youth because they are future leaders of the country.
Organization
ORGANIZATION
The organization is divided into three factions that will govern the
activities of the group and perform the responsibilities assigned to
them.
The Director
Handles and directs the overall management of the organization from
Luzon to Mindanao.
National Adviser
The national adviser is tasked to advise the organization on its
various plans and aims.
National Assistant Adviser
The national assistant adviser is the one who will assist the
national adviser in issues that need further investigation and
assistance.
President
The president of the organization handles the overall executive
functions of the organization.
Vice President
The vice president will handle the functions of the president in
case of his absence.
Secretary
The secretary will take note of all the discussions and other
information needed during meetings and parliamentary procedures.
Public Information Officer
The public information officer will be the one in charge in the
dissemination of information to the various members of the organization.
Public Coordinating Officer
The public coordinating officer is in charge of handling the
coordination and integration of the other sublevels to the head
organization.
