Help Her
Help her…do not go against her will, put her feet on the ground while she barely notices.  But do not break her wings colored today with hope.

Help her…that I exist she shall not know.  She is your friend and she is your lover… you chose her without fear or favor; while I smiled, you walked away from my life.

By no means stop loving her, in her world go on and search.  If her star had been misplaced, steal another and bestow upon her.  I beg you to love her and accept her as she is; she is a star and a sailboat… a rain turned into desire, ready to fall.

Help her…place a sun on her window.  Swear that before her, pleasure was just a catch.  Make her cheeks glow, lie to her when you speak.

Help her…never separate from her, she is not twenty anymore although her talk seems to express it, her concealed dark circles are blue like daybreak.

By no means stop loving her, in her world go on and search.  If her star had been misplaced, steal another and bestow upon her.  I beg you to love her and accept her as she is; she is a star and a sailboat… a rain turned into desire, ready to fall.
