Alex drove back to their spot, the clearing in the forest. He sat down on an old tree trunk and looked up to the stars.

"Alex?" A voice called out to him.

Startled, Alex turned to the voice. "Isabel?!" He cried, his temper starting to flair. she was not supposed to be here! She gave up on him, she wanted someone else. "How long have you been here?"

"Long enough," She whispered her voice wavering with tears.

"Isabel, you were not-" Alex began harshly as he noticed her tears.

"Alex, I'm sorry." Isabel gasped as she walked towards him. "I do see you, I have always seen you- I need you now and forever, I love you."

Alex was moved, tears glistened in his eyes as he embraced her. "I love you, too."

"I'm ready now," She whispered as he wiped the tears off her face.

He nodded and they embraced once more under the stars. A tender and passionate kiss was shared.

All past fears forgotten.

Alex and Isabel together now and forever.
