LotR GUILDS GETTING INVOLVED - (11-20-03)
>I am overwhelmed to announce that most of the LotR guilds in Neopia are getting involved with each other, and our guild will link up shortly. A website has been created for all participating LotR Guild members to talk, and share common interests with one another. Our guild will be joining this event. The guilds will compete against each other for a "trophy" banner through a series of contests. Every guild will be a team. When a guild wins, they will be able to host the banner at the top of their guild home page, celebrating their win. There will also be individual contests that will run for every guild member to win prizes for themselves. I hope you will all anticipate this opening as I do. -

NEOPET RULE CHANGES GUILD - (10/31/03)

>A new Neopets rule has changed The Guild of The Lord of the Rings, along with every guild and shop in Neopia. I am not quite sure on when this rule was created, but what we do know, is that not one person in Neopia is aloud to have direct links off of the Neopets domain website. This rule means that no shop or guild may have a banner or word with a link in it that sends the viewer to a web page off of Neopets. One thing that is for sure with this rule, is that it is causing much frustration with everyone throughout Neopia. If this rule is changed, you can be sure that The Guild of The Lord of the Rings will add it's links back to it's guild. We are sorry for the inconvenience of coping a URL and pasting it in the address bar.
