Cocktails!!

I know what you're thinking.....she's just putting any old shit on this site isn't she?  The answer is yes and if you don't like it then fuck off lol.  Well I though that since alcohol roams quite a lot of people's lives...I thought it'd be nice to add in something about it lol.  Some don't have alcohol but never mind.  Got this from a book ok lol.  Enjoy!

Brandy Alexander 1 measure Brandy 1 measure Brown Creme De Cacao 1 measure Double Cream Crushed Ice Freshly grated Nutmeg Shake brandy, creme de cacao and cream together with crushed ice.  Strain creamy mixture into a glass, and dust the nutmeg over the surface

Los Angeles 2 measures Scotch 1 measure Lemon Juice 1 egg Dash Sweet Vermouth Shake all ingredients together in a shaker then strain into a serving glass

Horse's Neck 1 measure Brandy Dry Ginger Ale Ice Cubes Lemon/Lime peel spiral for garnish Stick the lemon or lime peel spiral thingy into a tall glass and put some ice cubes to anchor it.  Pour in the brandy then top it up with the ginger ale

Pina Colada 3 measures White/Golden Rum 4 measures Pineapple Juice 2 measures Coconut Milk 2 scoops Crushed Ice Slice of Pineapple to garnish Blend all ingredients together in the liquidizer then serve

Banana Daiquiri 3 measures White Rum 1 measure Creme De Banane Juice of half a Lime Half a Banana 2 scoops Crushed Ice Blend in liquidizer but not for too long as the drink will become too dilated.  Pour it in a goblet and garnish with a slice of banana cut diagonally and perched on the rim of the glass

Apricot Lady 2 measures Golden Rum 2 measures Apricot Brandy 1 measure fresh Lime Juice 3 dashes Orange Curacao 2 dashes Egg White Small scoop Crushed Ice Orange Slice for garnish Blend all ingredients in liquidizer, strain and serve

Cuba Libre 1 measure White Rum Juice of Half a Lime Coke Lime Slice for garnish Half fill a glass with ice, add the rum and lime juice, top it with coke and stir.  Garnish with lime slice

Casablanca 3 measures White Rum 4 measures Pineapple Juice 2 measures Coconut Cream 2 dashes Grenadine 2 scoops of Crushed Ice Pineapple and Cherry for garnish Blend all ingredients together  and serve

Mockingbird 1 measure Tequila 2 measures Grapefruit Juice Dash Lime Juice Ice Cubes Cherry garnish Stir all the ingredients and serve

Inca 1 measure Gin 1 measure Sweet Vermouth 1 measure Dry Sherry Dash Orgeat Syrup (a non-alcoholic almond-flavoured syrup) Dash Orange Bitters Pour all ingredients into a glass, stir then serve

Strawberry Dawn 1 measure Gin 1 measure Coconut Cream 4 frshed strawberries 2 scoops Crushed Ice Leave a strawberry for garnish.  Blend all other ingredients together but not too long as it becomes too watery.  Serve the drink then cut a slit into the remaining  strawberry and put it on the rim of the glass with the hull outwards

Moscow Mule 2 measures Western Vodka 3 measures Ginger Beer Squeeze of Lime Juice Ice Cubes Lime Wedge for garnish Pour vodka over ice cubes, add the other ingredients and stir.

Harvey Wallbanger 3 measures Vodka 8 measures Orange Juice 2 teaspoons Galliano Ice Cubes Orange Slice for garnish Half fill a glass with ice, pour vodka and orange over the ice cubes, and float the galliano on top.

Rompope 4oz/400g can Sweetended Condensed Milk Half-Pint/300ml Chilled Milk 4 Egg Yolks Quarter teaspoon Vanilla Essence Quarter pint/150ml Vodka Quarter teaspoon powdered Cinnamon Blend all ingrdients except the cinnamon in the liquidizer at top speed for 45 secs.  Strain and cool.  When serving, dust the cinnamon over the top

Margarita 2 measures Tequila 2 measures Fresh Lime Juice 1 measure Cointreau Crushed Ice Shake all ingredients together. Serve in a salt-frosted glass, using the a section of the lemon to moisten the glass rim

Silk Stockings 3 measures Tequila 2 measures White Creme De Cacao 3 measures Fresh Cream Dash Grenadine 1 scoop Crushed Ice Cinnamon powder and cherry for garnish Mix everything into the blender, pour smoothly into a glass and dust the surface with cinnamon powder and spear the cherry with a cocktail stick.

Buck's Fizz 1 measure Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice 2 measures Champagne Pour orange juice into a glass and add the well chilled champagne.

Capucine 1 measure Peppermint Cordial 4 measures Fresh Cream Crushed Ice Plain chocolate Shake the peppermint cordial and cream together, strain, and add crushed ice.  Finely grate a little chocolate over the top

Acapulco Gold 6 measures Pineapple Juice 1 measure Grapefruit Juice 2 measures Coconut Cream 2 measures Fresh Cream 1 scoop Crushed Ice Shake all ingredients together but don't strain it for better results of a rich and creamy texture

Pom Pom Juice of Half a Lemon 1 Egg White 1 dash Grenadine Crushed Ice Lemonade Slice of Lemon to garnish Shake all ingredients and strain over crushed ice.  Top up with lemonade then garnish
