| Houses and Shops 2 Bedroom Houses come with all regular fittings and a front and backyard, plus 100 acres of land. You need to buy all furniture, accessories and outdoor accessories. They have 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 loungeroom, 1 dining room, 1 toilet/bathroom and 1 laundry. 4 Bedroom Houses come with all regular fittings and a front and back yard, plus 150 acres of land. You need to buy all furniture, accessories and outdoor accessories. They have 4 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 loungeroom, 1 diningroom, 1 family room, 1 rumpus room, 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms and 1 laundry. Shops come with all regular fittings and display shelves. You need to buy all other accessories like cash register, computer, stock, and anything else you might need for a shop. Small shops come with display shelves ONLY. (Photo Shop, Grooming Parlour, Employment Agency, etc). Medium shops comes with display shelves ONLY (Feed Shop, Pet Shop, Trailer/Trucks, Auction House, etc). Large shops comes with 1 small room, 2 medium rooms and 3 large rooms ONLY. (Movie Theatre, Gym, Amusement Park, etc). |

| 100 Acre Farm included in price: A 2 bedroom house on Chestnut Lane, Buckskin Street or Pinto Place. Your choice of Private Barns, you keep your horses in your own barns. Maximum 80 horses/foals, you must buy feed. 150 Acre Farm included in price: A 4 bedroom house on Brumby Road or Mustang Grove. Your choice of Private Barns, you keep your horses in your own barns. You need to employ at least three stable hands. Maximum 120 horses/foals, you must buy feed. 200 Acre Farm included in price: A 4 bedroom house on 2 new streets in Haay Town (yet to be developed). Your choice of Private Barns, you keep your horses in your own barns. You need to employ at least five stable hands. Maximum 160 horses/foals, you must buy feed. |

| New Members Only Until you have made your Private Stable you will live in Apartments, which will cost you 50HD to rent per week, and board your horses in our boarding stables. To see which Apartments are available click HERE. Once you have chosen your Apartment come back here and click on Supply Shop below to furnish it. |
| When you have chosen your property write it down and then you need to get supplies to equip it. You purchase your property in the supply shop. Once you've got them, then you're ready to go. |
| At the moment Stable Hands wages are paid by Haay Eaters but this could change in the future and you might have to pay their wages yourself. |
