Emirates Post Administration has decided to cut down the number of commemorative stamps produced,
from 250 000 to only 75 000.
Less the stamps get produced, more it's demand goes.
So, there is no time to wait for.
Rush for the stamps as they get released.
Philatelic Bureau memembers don't have to be worried about their lot, because philatelic bureau is reserving it's members lot first, before distributing the stamps to any where.
