In The Name Of Allah Most

Assalaamu Alaykum Wa
Rahmatuallahi wa barakatuhu
42:51 It is not given to any
human being that Allâh should speak to him unless (it be) by Inspiration, or
from behind a veil, or (that) He sends a Messenger to reveal what He wills by
His Leave. Verily, He is Most High, Most Wise .
*Note:Messenger
in the above verse/ayah means Angel/s.
The Greatest Lie Against
Allah.
The Book of Faith (Kitab
Al-Iman) Muslim :: Book 1 : Hadith 337
It is narrated on the
authority of Masruq that he said: I was resting at (the house of) 'A'isha that
she said: O Abu 'A'isha (kunya of Masruq), there are three things, and he who
affirmed even one of them fabricated the greatest lie against Allah. I asked
that they were. She said: He who presumed that Muhammad (may peace be upon him)
saw his Lord (with his ocular vision) fabricated the greatest lie against
Allah. I was
reclining but then sat up and
said: Mother of the Faithful, wait a bit and do not be in a haste. Has not
Allah (Mighty and Majestic) said:" And truly he saw him on the clear
horizon" (al-Qur'an, lxxxi. 23) and" he saw Him in another
descent" (al-Qur'an, iiii. 13)? She said: I am the first of this Ummah who
asked the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) about it, and he said:
Verily he is Gabriel. I have never seen him in his original form in which he
was created except on those two occasions (to which these verses refer) ; I saw
him descending from the heaven and filling (the space) from the sky to the
earth with the greatness of his bodily structure. She said: Have you not heard
Allah saying." Eyes comprehend Him not, but He comprehends (all) vision.
and He is Subtle, and All-Aware" (al-Qur'an, v. 104)? (She, i. e. 'A'isha,
further said): Have you not heard that, verily, Allah says:" And it is not
vouchsafed to a human being that Allah should speak unto him otherwise than by
revelation, or from behind a veil, or that He sendeth a messenger (angel), so
that he revealth whatsoever He wills. Verily He is Exalted. Wise" (al.
Qur'an, xii. 51) She said: He who presumes that the Messengerof Allah (may
peace be upon him) concealed anything, from the Book, of Allah fabricates the
greatest lie against Allah. Allah says:" O Messenger! deliver that which
has been revealed to thee from thy Lord, and if thou do (it) not, thou hast not
delivered His message" (al-Qur'an, v. 67).
She said: He who presumes that
he would inform about what was going to happen tomorrow fabricates the greatest
lie against Allah. And Allah says" Say thou (Muhammad): None in the
heavens and the earth knoweth the unseen save Allah" (al-Qur'an, xxvii
65).
Imam Bukhari in his Kitab at
Tawhid, Chapter XXXVII. His words, "And Allah spoke directly to
Musa." (4:164) Hadith # 7079 a Marfu
Hadith .Excerpts...... the
Lord of Might approached and descended until he was the distance of two bow
spans from him or nearer.
"Part of what Allah revealed to him was 'Fifty prayers for your community every day and night.' Then he descended until he met Musa who stopped him and said, 'Muhammad, what did your Lord contract with you?' He answered, 'He contracted with me fifty prayers every day and night.' He said, 'Your community will not be able to do that. Go back and ask your Lord to lighten it for you and for them.' The Prophet * turned to Jibril as if he wished to consult him about that and Jibril indicated to him, "Yes, if you wish.' So he ascended to the Compeller and said while he was in his place, 'O Lord, lighten it for us. My community will not be able to do this!'
*Note:Prophet felt closeness
of Allah in his heart, also Allah subhanawatala was there that is why Prophet
Muhammad salla lahu alaihi wa sallam was taken to miraj ....without adding any
anthromorphism in any way wht so ever,Allah is not restricted to place, and
Allah is not omnipresent.
The Book of Faith (Kitab
Al-Iman) Muslim :: Book 1 : Hadith 341
It is narrated on the authority
of Abu Dharr: I asked the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him): Did you
see thy Lord? He said: He is a Light;. how could I see Him?
The Book of Faith (Kitab
Al-Iman)
Muslim :: Book 1 : Hadith 343
Abu Musa reported: The Messenger ofallah (may peace be upon him) was standing amongst us and he told us five things. He said: Verily the Exalted and Mighty God does not sleep, and it does not befit Him to sleep. He lowers the scale and lifts it. The deeds in the night are taken up to Him before the deeds of the day. and the deeds of the day before the deeds of the night. His veil is the light. In the hadith narrated by Abu Bakr (instead of the word" light" ) it is fire. If he withdraws it (the veil), the splendour of His countenance would consume His creation so far as His sight reaches.
The Book of Faith (Kitab
Al-Iman) Muslim :: Book 1 : Hadith 342
Abdullah b. Shaqiq reported: I
said to Abu Dharr: Had I seen the Messenger of Allah, I would have asked him.
He (Abu Dharr) said: What is that thing that you wanted to inquire of him? He
said: I wanted to ask him whether he had seen his Lord. Abu Dharr said: I, in
fact, inquired of him, and he replied: I saw Light.
The Book of Faith (Kitab
Al-Iman) Muslim :: Book 1 : Hadith 344
A'mash has narrated this
hadith on the same authority and said: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be
upon him) was standing amongst us and he told us four things. He then narrated
the hadith like the one reported by Abu Mua'wiya, but did not mention the
words" His creation" and said: His veil is the light.
The Holy Prophet
saw Allah with, his heart.
The Book of Faith (Kitab
Al-Iman) Muslim :: Book 1 : Hadith 334
It is narrated on the
authority of Ibn 'Abbas that he (the Holy Prophet) saw (Allah) with, his heart.
Allah spoke through inspiration while Prophet Muhammad salla lahu alaihi wa
sallam saw Allah subhanawatala with his heart.
Mu’ath
Bin Jabal, Ibn ‘Abbas, ‘Ubaydah Bin al-Jarrah, and others (RAA) reported that
the Prophet (ASWS) was once so late in coming out to lead the morning prayer
that the sun was about to rise. He came out of his home hurriedly, led the
people in a (relatively) short prayer, and then turned toward them and said:
“Stay
in your places, for I will tell you what delayed me this morning: I got up
during the night and prayed for as long as was decreed for me. Then I became so
sleepy while praying that I found it hard to continue (so I slept). I
then saw (in a dream) my Lord (AWJ) in the best form.
He asked me, “O Muhammad, about what does the most supreme society (i.e., the
angels) argue?” I said, “I do not know, my Lord.” He asked me (again), “O
Muhammad, about what does the most supreme society argue?” I said, “I do not
know, my Lord.” He asked me (a third time), “O Muhammad, about what does the
most supreme society argue?” I said, “I do not know, my Lord.” Then He placed
His palm (on my back) between my shoulder-blades, and I felt the coolness of
His fingers inside my chest. Everything then became clear to me, and I knew
(the answer). He asked me, “O Muhammad, about what does the most supreme society
argue?” I replied, “(They argue about) the expiating acts and (the acts that
elevate) the ranks (of the believers in Jannah).”He asked, ” What are the
expiating acts?” I replied, “(They are) walking (once and again) to the jama’ah
prayers, sitting in the place of prayer (saying thikr) after
prayers, waiting (with anticipation) for the (next) prayer after the (previous)
prayer, and performing complete wudu’ (even in) disliked conditions.”He asked,
“What are the (acts that elevate in) ranks?” I replied, “(They are:) feeding
food (to the needy), spreading (the greeting of) salam, speaking kindly (to
others), and praying at night while people are asleep.” Then He commanded me, “Ask
(from me),”
Allahumma inni as’aluka fi’l-al-khayrat, wa-tark-al-munkarat,
wa-hubb-al-masakin, wa-an-taghfira li wa-tarhamani. Wa-itha aradta fitnatan fi
qawmin, fa-tawaffani ghayra maftun. Wa-as’aluka hubbaka, wahubba man yuhibbuka,
wahubba ‘amalin yuquarribuni ila hubbik—O Allah, I ask you (to guide me to)
doing good deeds, avoiding evil deeds, and loving the needy. And ( I ask you)
to forgive me and show me mercy. And when You will to afflict some people
(around me) with a (destructive) tribulation, take my life without being
changed (in faith). And I beseech You (to grant me) the love of You, of those
who love You, and of all deeds that can bring me nearer to Your love.”
It
was recorded by at-Tirmithi, ahmad, and others. Verified to be authentic by al-Albani
(as-sahihah no. 3169, as-sunnah nos. 388, 465-471, and Irwa’ul-ghalil no. 684).
The eyes of
Allah’s Apostle sleep but his heart does not sleep
Ablutions
(Wudu’) Bukhari :: Book 1 :: Volume 4 :: Hadith 140 Narrated Kuraib:
Ibn ‘Abbas said, “The Prophet slept till he snored and then prayed (or probably
lay till his breath sounds were heard and then got up and prayed).” Ibn ‘Abbas
added: “I stayed overnight in the house of my aunt, Maimuna, the Prophet slept
for a part of the night, (See Fateh-al-Bari page 249, Vol. 1), and late in the
night, he got up and performed ablution from a hanging water skin, a light
(perfect) ablution and stood up for the prayer. I, too, performed a similar
ablution, then I went and stood on his left. He drew me to his right and prayed
as much as Allah wished, and again lay and slept till his breath sounds were
heard. Later on the Mua’dhdhin (callmaker for the prayer) came to him and
informed him that it was time for Prayer. The Prophet went with him for the
prayer without performing a new ablution.” (Sufyan said to ‘Amr that some
people said, “The eyes of Allah’s Apostle sleep but his heart does not sleep.”
‘Amr replied, “I heard ‘Ubaid bin ‘Umar saying that the dreams of
Prophets were Divine Inspiration, and then he recited the verse: ‘I (Abraham)
see in a dream, (O my son) that I offer you in sacrifice (to Allah).” (37.102)
(See Hadith No. 183)
The Book of Faith (Kitab
Al-Iman) Muslim :: Book 1 : Hadith 347
Suhaib reported the Apostle
(may peace be upon him) saying: When those deserving of Paradise would enter
Paradise, the Blessed and the Exalted would ask: Do you wish Me to give you
anything more? They would say: Hast Thou not brightened our faces? Hast Thou
not made us enter Paradise and saved us from Fire? He (the narrator) said: He
(God) would lift the veil, and of things given to them nothing would he dearer
to them than the sight of their Lord, the Mighty and the Glorious.
68:42 The
Day that the shin shall be laid bare and they shall be summoned to bow in
adoration but they shall not be able
Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith
9.532B Narrated byAbu Said Al Khudri
We said, "O Allah's
Apostle! Shall we see our Lord on the Day of Resurrection?" He said,
"Do you have any difficulty in seeing the sun and the moon when the sky is
clear?" We said, "No." He said, "So you will have no
difficulty in seeing your Lord on that Day as you have no difficulty in seeing
the sun and the moon (in a clear sky)." The Prophet then said,
"Somebody will then announce, 'Let every nation follow what they used to
worship.' So the companions of the cross will go with their cross, and the
idolators (will go) with their idols, and the companions of every god (false
deities) (will go) with their god, till there remain those who used to worship
Allah, both the obedient ones and the mischievous ones, and some of the people
of the Scripture. Then Hell will be presented to them as if it were a mirage.
Then it will be said to the Jews, 'What did you use to worship?' They will
reply, 'We used to worship Ezra, the son of Allah.' It will be said to them,
'You are liars, for Allah has neither a wife nor a son. What do you want
(now)?' They will reply, 'We want You to provide us with water.' Then it will
be said to them 'Drink,' and they will fall down in Hell (instead). Then it
will be said to the Christians, 'What did you use to worship?'
They will reply, 'We used to
worship Messiah, the son of Allah.' It will be said, 'You are liars, for Allah
has neither a wife nor a son. What: do you want (now)?' They will say, 'We want
You to provide us with water.' It will be said to them, 'Drink,' and they will
fall down in Hell (instead). When there remain only those who used to worship
Allah (Alone), both the obedient ones and the mischievous ones, it will be said
to them, 'What keeps you here when all the people have gone?' They will say,
'We parted with them (in the world) when we were in greater need of them than
we are today, we heard the call of one proclaiming, 'Let every nation follow
what they used to worship,' and now we are waiting for our Lord.' Then the
Almighty will come to them in a shape other than the one which they saw the
first time, and He will say, 'I am your Lord,' and they will say, 'You are not
our Lord.' And none will speak to Him then but the Prophets, and then it will
be said to them, 'Do you know any sign by which you can recognize Him?' They
will say. 'The Shin,' and so Allah will then uncover His Shin whereupon every
believer will prostrate before Him and there will remain those who used to
prostrate before Him just for showing off and for gaining good reputation.
These people will try to prostrate but their backs will be rigid like one piece
of a wood (and they will not be able to prostrate). Then the bridge will be
laid across Hell." We, the companions of the Prophet said, "O Allah's
Apostle! What is the bridge?"
He said, "It is a
slippery (bridge) on which there are clamps and (Hooks like) a thorny seed that
is wide at one side and narrow at the other and has thorns with bent ends. Such
a thorny seed is found in Najd and is called As-Sa'dan. Some of the believers
will cross the bridge as quickly as the wink of an eye, some others as quick as
lightning, a strong wind, fast horses or she-camels. So some will be safe
without any harm; some will be safe after receiving some scratches, and some
will fall down into Hell (Fire). The last person will cross by being dragged
(over the bridge)." The Prophet said, "You (Muslims) cannot be more
pressing in claiming from me a right that has been clearly proved to be yours
than the believers in interceding with Almighty for their (Muslim) brothers on
that Day, when they see themselves safe.
They will say, 'O Allah!
(Save) our brothers (for they) used to pray with us, fast with us and also do
good deeds with us.' Allah will say, 'Go and take out (of Hell) anyone in whose
heart you find faith equal to the weight of one (gold) Dinar.' Allah will
forbid the Fire to burn the faces of those sinners. They will go to them and
find some of them in Hell (Fire) up to their feet, and some up to the middle of
their legs. So they will take out those whom they will recognize and then they
will return, and Allah will say (to them), 'Go and take out (of Hell) anyone in
whose heart you find faith equal to the weight of one half Dinar.' They will
take out whomever they will recognize and return, and then Allah will say, 'Go
and take out (of Hell) anyone in whose heart you find faith equal to the weight
of an atom (or a smallest ant), and so they will take out all those whom they
will recognize.( Abu Sa'id said: If you do not believe me then read the Holy
Verse:
"Surely! Allah wrongs not
even of the weight of an atom (or a smallest ant) but if there is any good (done)
He doubles it." (4.40) The Prophet added, "Then the prophets and
Angels and the believers will intercede, and (last of all) the Almighty (Allah)
will say, 'Now remains My Intercession. He will then hold a handful of the Fire
from which He will take out some people whose bodies have been burnt, and they
will be thrown into a river at the entrance of Paradise, called the water of
life.
They will grow on its banks,
as a seed carried by the torrent grows. You have noticed how it grows beside a
rock or beside a tree, and how the side facing the sun is usually green while
the side facing the shade is white. Those people will come out (of the River of
Life) like pearls, and they will have (golden) necklaces, and then they will
enter Paradise whereupon the people of Paradise will say, 'These are the people
emancipated by the Beneficent. He has admitted them into Paradise without them
having done any good deeds and without sending forth any good (for
themselves).' Then it will be said to them, 'For you is what you have seen and
its equivalent as well.(
Allah knows best
