Mission

The Patriot Senior NCO Association:

1.) is a working advisory body for commanders and Top 3 members in a problem solving capacity

2.) recommends policy changes through the Command Chief Master Sergeant on issues concerning the entire community

3.) establishes a channel of communication to voice opinions concerning personnel assignment, housing, and career development policies

4.) provides individual members with corporate assistance when merited

5.) encourages comradeship amongst the members

6.) promotes involvement in community affairs involving the citizens of Hanscom Air Force Base.
