This is a great place to give more details about myself , I have been playing professional  hockey since 1990 in Islamabad (capital of Pakistan). I have attended many camps at National level  and represented  a number of  departments and  divisions at  different  national team tournaments at top most level of Pakistan. Having also toured Holland , while Representing Pakistan Junior team and having played against touring teams.

ü Currently I am playing for  Pakistan Television (PTV) hockey team since 1996.

ü I am  also the Captain of Nishtar Hockey Club , Islamabad which ranked as one of the best in Islamabad.

ü   Attended the PAKISTAN JUNIOR UNDER-18 Hockey Camp from 4th July 1998 at Lahore

ü Attended PSB Youth Training Camp Organized by the Pakistan Sports Board from 26th June to 22nd August 1994 at Islamabad

National Tournaments/ Championships :

ü  Captain PAKISTAN SPORTS BOARD UNDER-14 TEAM that played two matches against HOLLAND UNDER-14 HOCKEY TEAM at Islamabad, Rawalpindi in December 1992 and WON that series by 2-0.

ü  Captain ISLAMABAD SPORTS BOARD UNDER-14 HOCKEY TEAM in the PSB inters Provisional Youth Under-14 Hockey Tournament held at Islamabad from 14-26 October, 1991. Team got RUNNERS UP place first time.

ü Represented Rawalpindi Division in the National Junior Under-17 Hockey Championship played at Quetta in August 1993, where the Rawalpindi Division got RUNNERS UP position.

ü  Participated in the UBL School Hockey Championship held at Sialkot from 17th October to 11th November, 1994 where the Team got 2nd Position.

ü   Represented PAKISTAN CUSTOMS in the National Under-18 Junior Hockey Championship held at Quetta September, 1995.

ü Captain Islamabad Sports Board Hockey Team in PSB inter Provisional Youth Under-16 Hockey Tournament held at Lahore from 8th – 11th November, 1995, where the Islamabad Team Secured a place on VICTORY STAND first Time

ü Captain RAWALPINDI CUSTOM, in various National, District, Divisional and Provincial level Hockey Tournaments.

ü Represented Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Hockey Team Inter Board Hockey Tournaments regularly from 1991-94.

ü  Represented in UBL School Hockey Championship held from 23rd July to 2nd August, 1993 at Karachi

ü Represented LAHORE CUSTOM Hockey Team in the All Pakistan Khushab Hockey Tournament held at Khushab in December, 1995, where the Team Secured RUNNERS UP position.

ü Special Participated all Pakistan Police Gold Cup on May,2000,and PTV Hockey Team at Peshawar.

ü   Represented Rawalpindi Division Hockey Team in the National Junior Under-20 Hockey Championship played at Islamabad, Rawalpindi in 24th December, 1996-97.

ü Captain Islamabad Sports Board Hockey Team in the PSB Inter provisional Youth Under-16 Hockey Tournament held Under the supervision of Balochistan Sports Board from 26th May, 1997 to 30th May, 1997 at Quetta.

ü Also played National Junior Under-17 Hockey Championship held on 5th December, 1997.

ü Played Burewalla All Pakistan hockey Tournament from OGDC held on 25th December, 1997.

ü Represented OGDC Hockey Team in Bhawalpure 3rd All Pakistan Tournament held on 5th September, 1998.

ü   Represented RAWALPINDI DIVISION HOCKEY TEAM in the National Junior Under-19, Hockey Championship played at Bhawalpure, 1999.

ü Participated in 47th National Hockey Championship held on (April-1999) at Karachi (Pakistan Television called PTV)

ü CAPTAIN university engineering and technology participate inter university hokey tournament held on 28th January 2001 at Lahore
