RELIGION

        I am Mennonite. Now what is the first word that comes to your head when you hear Mennonite? Most people say Amish, plain, basic. Well, Yes maybe the old Mennonites were those things and maybe more but I am in no way, Amish, plain, or basic. For those of you who know me you know those traits do not fit me. However I think Religion, especially Christianity is important. Our main purpose on this earth is to achieve salvation. We must LOVE GOD in our hearts and accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. Without Jesus Christ in my life, I woacceptuld be nothing. He helps get me through everyday. I attend Zion Mennonite Church located in Souderton, Pennsylvania. There I am not only a member of Zion but also a brother in Christ. I also participate as an active member in our church youth group.
