The Canyon Club |
When I arrived at the Canyon Club, it was 7 p.m. It was earlier but the security near the entrance told me that I could get better seat when I go inside earlier. So I entered the club. |
This club is like restaurant and bars, so most of people are family or lovers... I was like, I think I'm alone now. He he he... Anyway, people who come there to have dinner can take dinner table but people who are just here for concerts like me can take seats on the couches around there. When I sat alone the couch, two guys asked me if I don't mind that they join me. I was like, "Sure, go ahead!" And then, we talked a bit before the concert. One guy named Henry is also the biggest fan of Tiffany's like me. A friend of him is not a fan of Tiff's. He was like, "Tiff is not bad, but..." Oh, Okay. I understand that. Anyway, we talked about how we love her and her music and so on. |
Suddenly, the music was started. That song was really familiar to me. "Oh, my god! It's "Could've Been." Then, a beautiful lady shows up. Since I listened to her music I had had no chance to go to her concert. So, after 15 years my dream finally came true. Many people got together on the dance floor. So Henry and I went there to see her performance more closer. Her voice was so emotional and strong. Her performance was really awesome. I couldn't believe that I was there to see her performance. When she sang old songs like "I Think We're Alone Now," and "I Saw Him Standing There" we audience danced on the floor. That was really precious moment for me. I felt like I turned back in 1980s. She also sang some cover songs. They were totally cool!!! I think she should release them as singles. She also sang a couple of new songs from her new album. We absolutely love them! Time went so fast. When she finished the last song, she went to the back stage. And then, she came back to the stage to sing "Land Slide." This song was really great. I felt she's grown up as a great artist now. Everybody had a wonderful time. |
