Yep, the boys are back in town, as Duane and Belial Bradley apparently survived their once fatal fall from the end of the first film, and return with improved makeup and puppeteering! The boys escape the hospital they wind up in, and are taken in by a freak safe house in Staten Island, run by "Aunt Ruth", a friend of their departed aunt. They try to rehabilitate the Bradley brothers, telling Belial that "ripping the faces off people isn't in his best interests". Well, Duane gets a haircut and wants to run off with the Aunt Ruth's daughter Susan, leaving Belial with his freak comrades so he can live his own life for once. But, some muckraker's trying to expose the Bradley boys. But, when she infiltrates the house, she and her 2 friends are killed by a group of Dick Tracy rejects who live in the attic! Belial also falls in love, and while he and his new girlfriend are having hot freak sex, Duane pushes Susan out a second story window when he finds out she's a freak too! Turns out she's pregnant with a freak child (which has been living inside her for years!). In his jealousy and madness, Duane sews Belial back to his torso! Even though it was pretty cool ,this movie never needed to be made, and it focused too much on the Dick Tracy freak squad more than the twins (don't get excited boys, I was talking about the Bradley kids, not the Barbie Twins). Oh well, the third installment was better anyway.
