Wahoo! Tom Savini FX! It must have felt weird for Savini to do his own exploding head FX! I hope to do the same some day! Okay, now the wahoos die out. Joe Spinell (a fat, sweaty, ugly, director) plays Frank Zito (a fat, sweaty, ugly, "maniac"). Zito (sounds like a pasta) is your standard hooker slasher who kills for the sake of saving men from their seductive ways. Zito falls for a photographer, and she in turn falls for Frank. THAT is total bullshit! But, if someone like her can fall for someone like Frank, then maybe even the H.O.P.E.L.E.S.S. has hope! Anyway, Frank doesn't realize how good he's got it and he attacks his girlfriend. Afterwards, he's ripped apart by his mannequins (!?)... or, maybe it was suicide... what do you want, I'm a death god, not a coroner for Ra's sake! All in all, Zito was more annoying than entertaining, and more fruity than frightening (not unlike John Ritter!). BAD combination! There were times however when, if you closed your eyes, he'd sound like Christopher Walken. But, when you open your eyes, you end up staring at some fat, sweaty guy! NNNNNOOOOOOO! Look for the "collector's edition" so you can see the "Mr. Robbie" preview at the end, it's actually worth it!
Sequels: unfortunately, the cooler looking MR. ROBBIE never made it (since that fat fuck Spinell croaked)
