I Have owned and operated a small janitoral company for the last 40 years.
Instead of retiring I am available to cover the running of your small janitoral company, While you and your family take a well earned vacation. Knowing that you have some one to take care of the company.
I know what it was like to own a small business and not be able to take a vaction with my family. It was very difficult to find some one to cover the accounts and know that i was still going to have the accounts when I came back from a vacation.
Now that I am at retirement age, I do not want the head aches of maintaining a business, but I feel that there is a need out there for young business owers to take some time off knowing that some one with my knowledge is able and willing to cover the business long enough for the owner to take a short earned vacation with their family.
