What's Oekaki? Well its
works kind of like a message board, go go in and post your message on
different topics. The cool thing about oekaki is that you can draw a picture
to post with your message! The art program is very simple like a basic paint
shop, but you can still
do beautiful pictures with it!! After you post your pic other people can
post messages by it to tell you what they think ^_^ its addictive! These
originally started on Japanese fan pages (like EVERYTHING does) but you can
find some in English. I swing by different ones so check the links section
if you wanna give it a try. Ok
