I'd like to give Lei's two forks up and then some.  The food is great.  It's not pricey at all.  The people who work there are very friendly.  My favorite place in town.

I have to give Lei's a BIG forks up.  I love this place.  It's my home away from home.  Sara and I go there like every other week.  It's a place where the refills are good and plentiful.  My favorite waiter in the world does not even wait for me to get all the down to the bottom of the cup before he brings me a new one.  The service is way above anything else I've been to in Pocatello.  And of course, we can't forget about the food.  MMMM.  Can't get enough of it.
