How much do we know ourselves? How much do we love ourselves? How much are we willing to give and to receive from life? Every aspect of our lives is controlled by our own will. Some seek more, others live with regret, and even more are just simply content. I travelled the world I have crossed borders and each time, I became a stranger, like a primitive yearning to learn. It is these borders that has made man so small, powerless and helplessly wanting to see the other side of the fence. If there were only as many people who loathed the borders between countries as I do, then there would be no more wars, no blockades, no envy, no hatred. When there is peace, nobody pays attention to it, but as soon as war and insanity appear, they become urgent and sacred. I feel the pain for those who want to cross borders freely. I care not to secure my life to one place on earth. I was born in Singapore, raised in the Philippines by Hispanic parents. Where do I belong? Often I ask. I have learned that what we love is only a symbol. Whenever love becomes too attached to one person, one thing, one faith, one virtue, one language, one flag, then it raises suspicions. For the love of oneself and love of life should not be based on these tthings alone. I truly want to be the person I am. Therefore, I work, I seek, I reach out to love all that my eyes see, my hands touch and my ears hear but mostly, I love myself. I see no wrong, for my life is a gift, therefore I treasure it, for it is this treasure that I shall pass onto those who come from me. |
MY HAPPY HOME |
Put your trust in the love and mercy of your god. Do your best at all times. And should the results be unacceptable, accept it anyway. Do not depend on human sympathy or admiration, just go on living a worthy life. Do things that matter regardless of pleasure or pain. One's life is worthy of all the best nothing less.... only the best.... the best only. |

"Each of us is here for a brief sojourn; for what purpose he knows not, though he sometimes thinks he senses it. But without deeper reflection one knows from daily life that one exists for other people, first of all for those upon whose smiles and well-being our own happiness is wholly dependent, And then for the many, unknown to us, to whose destinies we were bound by the ties of sympathy. I have never lost a sense of distance and a need for solitude - feelings which have increased with the years" Albert Einstein |

To dream and to live those dreams is life |
It is a pleasure to have you visit my site and thanks for your time. I hope this serves as a medium to let you get to know me. I would also like to use this space to convey my thoughts to Filipinos. Surely, the age of computers has made the world a smaller place and that is precisely why I choose to share my ideas and thoughts through this means. And even if the world seems smaller, it is to the "Pinoys" that I do share my concerns simply because it has come to a point where we cannot look back and languish in the misfortunes of the past. Instead, it is time to move forward, and that I say with conviction, knowing there is no other choice. I will try to constantly update this site. So should you have any ideas and/or suggestions feel free to contact me. I would love to hear from you. For my part, I would continue sharing my honest opinion and hope it helps make "Pinoys" understand the truth and the truth is, there is no place like home... therefore, sacrificing for its benefit is worth every step. |
