Pistols At Dawn is comprised of Josh Burnett (Guitar/Bass/Vocals), Jacklyn Lopez (Drums/Vocals), and whoever else happens to be in the room at any given time. The band is an offshoot of Sociophobia which includes Josh, Jackie, and Izzy Kulesza (Guitar).
Pistols At Dawn hails from Carteret, NJ. The band (as well as Sociophobia) is influenced by a wide range of artists, including Our Lady Peace (of course), VAST, Ozzy Osbourne, System of a Down, Seether, and The White Stripes. They have been known to cover songs by The Smithereens (Blood and Roses), Black Sabbath (Paranoid), and The White Stripes (Fell In Love With A Girl), as well as perform original material including "Go To Hell," "Emily Dies In October," and "Scatter My Ashes Over The Ocean When I Die," lyrics to all of which can be found at http://hometown.aol.com/thelast1alive.
