Truth about Afrikania counters the oft-repeated claims of the so-called Afrikania Mission with the TRUTH about Afrikania.  We invite all people of good will to consider the issues for themselves.  Truth about Afrikania exists first of all to counter the misinformation that is being widely disseminated, also called Afrikan Renaissance Movement, regarding the heinous form of slavery known as trokosi, trovoxi or fiashidi.  Someone must speak up with the truth.  All who defend the practice of trokosi slavery have allied itself with the captors--the slave masters.  Truth about Afrikania aligns itself with the innocent victims, the slaves known as trokosi.  (Traditional Ewe spelling is Trovoxi; in some areas the practice is called fiashidi.)
