1. No FWDS if you feel you need to fwd a email please copy and paste instead persistent offenders will be REMOVED from the group . 2.No CHAIN MAIL. It is a nuisence and annoyance. again persistent offenders will be deleted 3.If you are sending a email with ADULT content PLEASE put a WARNING in the header e.g. Care or A/C to let us know what we are opening, that way these can just be deleted by those who do not want to look or would be offended! emails sent within the group of a personal nature are not to be sent out of the group unless you have the owners permission. you may send in what you like and you may send it to who you like, eg if its a general good morning email and you are in more then one group or have a close friend then you can send that as one mail. if you get an email from within the group that you like ,ie a joke or poem etc, and you would like to send it on then you can copy and paste it into a new email and send on that way. 4.if you want to LEAVE the group PLEASE let one of us know no questions asked 5. While you are free to set up your own group, please refrain from advertising for members withing this group. Julie has worked hard to publicise this group and its not fair to be poaching members. if owners do poach members or place ads within the group they will be deleted without warning. 6.Feel free to delete any e-mail's which are not of interest to you, but if a owner send's a Do Not Delete or DND. Please, read it! These e-mail's are sent with information for the whole of the group, which is important you read, thus do not delete. 7.The group welcomes debate and the diversity of views and opinions. No member of the group however shall personally insult another member of the group or send mails of that nature to the group or via IMs once part of the group If you find a member's mails , attitude or behaviour in chat room offensive you should raise the issue with any of the owners. 8.Please do not ignore IMs from other group members as some people find this offensive. If you are busy or unable to talk just let them know and try to send them an E-mail later. If you are busy downloading and unable to talk please just send the member a mail to explain. or just put up your note-pad that then shows any- one wishing to chat that you are busy. no 9 if you have any problems at all with a group member please let one of the owners know ASAP and we will try to sort it out for you. If anyone causes trouble within the group they will be removed by one of the owners ,the rest of the group will not be informed of this but if they want more info on why, they are to contact the owners and ask privately and not send it as group email and the reply you get is also not to be discussed in group either. 10 all emails are to be sent to the group address UNLESS they are of a personal nature intended for certain individuals only, this way no one can be checked up on to see if they are reading emails and every group member gets the email intended for them to read. 11. One mail, one group. Please do not cross-over mail as it is annoying to others who receive mail in the middle of a convosation and group mail stays within the group Copy and paste and put in a new mail or blind copy it. 12 Owners have the right to change/add/adjust rules as they see fit.
