This award is available to licensed amateurs and SWLs on the submission of satisfactory proof of photocopied QSL cards using only the PSK31 mode. Such copies must clearly show callsigns, and establish beyond any doubt that a PSK31 contact took place. Photocopies will not be returned. Contacts for this award are valid from 0001z on October 1, 2000.
To apply for the Worked All Canada Award any band, you must contact at least one station in each of the ten provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and the three territories of Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut on any band. using only the PSK31 mode.
No cross-band or cross-mode contacts are allowed. Award is finished in color and on 62 lb paper.

To apply for the Worked Heritage Amateur Radio Club and Three Members Award you must contact Heritage Amateur Radio Club and Three of it's members using only the PSK31 mode on any band. There are no single band awards for this award.
