We, as the 31st Alabama/17th Iowa Reenactors formed up on January 14th, 2006. We had been members of another unit, but we decided to make our own unit. Most members of our unit have been reenacting for several years and enjoy it very much. Camping and being with friends while reenacting one of the greatest time periods in U.S. History is one experience you can't miss. |

Our 1st year as a new unit was fantastic. We had a blast. At some events, I mean literally, a BLAST!!! Here in this edition of the newsletter, you will find After Action Reports and Pictures from the events that we attended. I, personally, was able to get up close and personal at some of the events to get some great pictures as you will see. Please take the time to read and let me know what you think. Also in this edition, you will find some trivia and the exciting news that we have had this year. |
