This breeding establishment is under regular veterinary supervision. It is also licensed by
the United States Department of Agriculture and the Missour Department of Agriculture.
Above puppy has been raised under careful sanitary conditions, and to the best of my
knowledge is in excellent health, and is hereby guaranteed from communicable disease.
Said puppy is of sound temperment (under favorable conditions). It is guaranteed to
be free of congenital diseases typical to the breed for a period of one year from the
date of birth.

Buyer has been advised as to any pertinent medical history, including present status
of immunity, and is hereby urged to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian
within 48 hours from the date of purchase. In the event, upon veterinary examination,
the puppy is found to be sufficiently medically unsound as to warrant return, buyer shall
notify seller immediately, and such return shall be accompanied by written veterinary
statement of findings showing cause, in which case it shall be replaced by another
puppy of equal value.

No money is refunded only replacement puppy. It is clearly understood that the
seller shall NOT assume liability for veterinary expenses which are incurred by buyer
unless through prior arrangement, in which case, seller reserves the right to choice of
treating veterinarian.

Seller does not guarantee size, color, or placement in shows of said puppy. A
non-refundable $200 deposit must be made on all purchases. All purchases must
be paid in full by six weeks of age. Registration to follow upon receipt from parent
registration. Other than the terms stated above, seller makes no further guarantees.
