| VALCON is a programmable stepper motor driven valve controller which covers wide range of process control applications in close loop or open loop control systems with maximum precision. The controller includes 8 bit microprocessor with 2- channel input for any analog (0-20mA/0-10V) or freq signal, 12 bit ADC, 8 digital I/O’s and serial EEPROM. The controller facilitates menu driven programming to select SET value of parameter and its RANGE, speed of valve operation, hysterisis and action offset during control and setting of ALARM limit of control parameter for maximum, minimum and warning levels. The controller facilitates AUTO/MANUAL operating modes along with automatic calibration and valve homing facility power ON. For monitoring and ease of operation, 16x2 alphanumeric LCM with backlit and 8 flexibly definable keys are provided. For remote monitoring and long distance view specially designed 20-digit 7-segment LED display is available. The system can work with any supply between 90 to 230Vac/50 Hz. Optional custom built program and RS 232 serial interface is also available to suit users exact requirement. Integrating VALCON along with several other external devices the user can configure his system to meet maximum tailor made applications ensuring best returns. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
