About the Institute
The Institute teaches based on the philosophy of Zoltan Kodaly.  He was a Hungarian composer who helped develop a method of teaching music, dubbed the Kodaly Method.  You can read more about him by clicking on his name - it will take you to a biography page about him.
The Method Links to Kodaly Related Information
The Kodaly Method could not be fully explained in this short text box.  Basically, it's purpose is to have tools available for students to achieve musical literacy.  The tools include solfege, rhythm sylables, folk music as the musical mother tongue, and music games.
