    I have decided that a quicker way to fill in the blanks in my genealogy database is to have
    everyone help me.... so, I created this form for you to fill out and submit to me the
    Genealogy of their family. This form is intended for me to fill in blanks where I see them
    in my personal Genealogy Database and you don't need to fill it out unless I have requested you
    to do so by email... or if you know you connect to my lines but we have not met yet (online)...
    please feel free to fill it out and send it, but also introduce to me who you are with either email
    or ICQ. I am always interested in meeting new cousins, no matter how many times removed....
