Klella Hassell Family
Klella Hassell Is the seventh child of
Jack Hassell and Thelma Turley Hassell.
Klella and My Son Nathan.
On the 23 Jun 1962 Klella Married James Richard Melton.
Jim Melton, Klella Hassell Melton, with Jimmy and Ricky.

Klella and Jim had one child together.... Tami Lynn.
While Klella was expecting, they divorced and she
gave me up for adoption to her parents....
Tami Lynn Hassell (About 14 months old)
and Forrest Carson Tait (About 7 months)

And Yes, that is Momma's (Thelma) old metal wash tub!!
We used it for all sorts of things as I was growing up.
Like Scalding Chickens to remove their feathers, and carrying green
beans and corn to the back porch from the garden so us kids could sit
and snap beans and shuck corn. We used it to hold ice for pop and beer
on picinics and camping trips... and other cool things... hehehe
Klella Married a man Named Charles Eugene Betts.
We called him Chuck.... They had 2 Kids:
Judy Lynn (Betts) Harkins and her baby Cynthia Nicole...
Jack Henry (Betts) Harkins
Yvonne Harkins and Judy Lynn.
When Klella and Chuck divorced,
the two kids were adopted by
Wade and Yvonne Harkins.
Patrick
Shawn Anderson (Judy's Husband)
Cynthia
Nicole (Judy Lynn's Daughter)......
Klella married a man named Dwayne Mulligan:
They had 2 kids.... Phyllis Jean Mulligan
and Megan Paige Mulligan. Their son, Megan, died
at birth.... Phyllis is grown and has kids of her own.
Phyllis was adopted by Katherine Paige.
