Czar is the product of the Cold War. When he first entered the Russian military he was quickly chosen for the duty of being a Spetsnaz soldier. The Spetsnaz do not tell you that you have been chosen to be one of them. They just start putting you through the necessary training. Spetsnaz training is generally considered the toughest in all of the special forces throughout the world. There have reports of instructors breaking the recruits bones, stabbing them with knives, and nearly beating them to death. While the instructors view this a necessary to strengthen the body, it also strengthens the minds of the recruits by having them know what it is like to feel real pain. Czar was one of those instructors. He served with distinction in both the Afghanistan and Chechnya conflicts. Czar is a qualified expert in all Russian martial arts and all N.A.T.O. and former Warsaw Pact weapons.
