Hatha Yoga incorporates static posture work (asana) for strength & flexibility, breathing techniques (pranayama) for energy and vitality, meditation to lower stress levels and relaxation techniques.  All abilities welcome, this type of yoga is especially good for beginners.
Louise runs drop-in classes and Yoga Retreats in the Peak District,  day workshops in London and practices Thai Yoga Massage
