The Flat Earth Poll

The purpose of this poll is to mock the people who just took the "Hatred of God" poll. If you don't understand how I'm mocking you, I've provided an in-depth discussion after the poll (at the bottom of this page). For those of you who are anal retentive enough to assume that the mathematical definition of "spherical" is being used below, we would like to direct your attention to dictionary.com. There are multiple definitions for the word "spherical," and we would like to remind you that we do not live in the theoretical world of math class, but rather live in the real world, where perfect spheres (as they are defined by mathematics) are impossible.
The Flat Earth Poll
Is the earth spherical?

I don't believe in the earth, so I don't care if it's flat or round.
No. Evidence shows that it's a sphere, but the evidence doesn't really mean it.
No. The earth is not spherical; it is just less flat.
No. The evidence showing earth's spherical nature has been miscommunicated.
No. The Bible says "the earth is flat."
No. John 3:16 says that the earth is flat, so other evidence is meaningless.
Yes. The earth is spherical.

Answer 1: Nobody cares if you believe the Bible or not, just like nobody cares if you believe in the earth. The fact is, the Bible is here, and it teaches that God hates people. Just like the earth is here, and it's spherical.

Answer 2: The Bible says God hates people, and it means it. Evidence shows the earth is round, and it means it.

Answer 3: God really does hate people; He just doesn't "love them less." The earth really is round; it just isn't less flat.

Answer 4: The verses weren't mistranslated. The evidence of earth's spherical natures wasn't miscommunicated.

Answer 5: The Bible simply never says "God hates the sin but loves the sinner." It also doesn't say "The earth is flat."

Answer 6: John 3:16 doesn't say that God loves everyone (it says He loved the "world", which is translated from the Greek word "kosmos." The word "kosmos" NEVER means "everyone" in the writings of John). It also doesn't say that the earth is flat.

Answer 7: Yes, the Bible says He hates certain people. Yes, the earth is spherical. If you chose answer 7, you deserve a cookie.
