Organize a concession committee. Purchase all food in advance. Line up help to work each session in advance. Get numbers of swimmers from meet entry person. Must have THREE at concession AT ALL TIMES.

Organize an office-bullpen team to work meet. Make plans for how each will function on their own and how they will interact with each other.
