H.A.W.C.      Helping Absolve Wrongful Conviction

                           of Kevin MacKinnon
YOU can help by writing the media and anyone and everyone in high office that there is concern, interest and support for Kevin MacKinnon.  Things said and done and set down on paper become an entity that could be raised and quoted at any time.  Write anyone and everyone that might be able to bring this injustice to light.  Some suggestions can be found on our contact page.
YOU can write a few simple letters, asking for example the following:

Asking to review Kevin MacKinnon's case, on all the evidence specific to the entire Defense evidence which was withheld from the jury, or not given in whole.  The jury did not have all the evidence presented and thus the jury was prevented from considering the whole picture and other evidence.

That you believe Kevin MacKinnon was wrongly convicted and encourage their office to look into this case.  Kevin wasn't even in the same city at the time the shooting occurred.

That the jury was not polled (court transcripts show no inquiry of and no response to, any kind to "So Say You All")  These circumstances establish a possibility that the verdict was not unamimous.  This alone is grounds for a retrial and should be investigated.
We all know people and ourselves that we sometimes sit back in apathy hoping some savior will happen along and make everything right.  Kevin knows that is not going to happen.  Kevin MacKinnon is sitting alone in his cell and in desperate need of help.  Kevin is fighting for his life!  He is asking you to please help him to be heard, so he can get a retrial.
The written word is a powerful thing!
One person is not heard BUT a number of people saying the same thing will be heard and maybe then something will be done about the injustice. PLEASE make Kevin MacKinnon's plight be heard through your voices! Every voice added to the others makes a clear resounding sound that ultimately cannot be ignored!
First there was the Town Criers who told us of new information around us.  then there were newspapers.  We praise the versatility of the written word and Guaranteed Rights to Free Speech and Freedom of the Press.  Lets exercise it...let us all be town criers.  Tell people, talk with anyone that will listen about this injustice done to Kevin MacKinnon.
Communication is the facilitator of information.  It provides faith, facts, opinions and cure to naivete and confusion.  It helps to open minds and instigate ideas, give direction and hope. Get together as a club member and talk with others as to what you might think can be done by using  our message board.
